Academy Day: Rep. Grace F. Napolitano’s office hosted an “Academy Day” on Saturday, November 7th at the Southeast Academy High School in Norwalk. Students were able to speak with and hear from representatives of our nation's service academies.

Job Fair: Rep. Grace F. Napolitano hosted an employment fair Saturday, October 24 in Pico Rivera at El Rancho High School, giving more than 3000 job-seekers a chance to meet with employers face-to-face.

Immigration Fraud Forum: Rep. Grace F. Napolitano and the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services held an immigration fraud forum on Saturday, October 17 at the Sante Fe Springs Town Hall, where experts explained how to avoid scam artists, fake attorneys, misfiled paperwork and other immigration pitfalls.

Senior Scam Stopper: Rep. Grace F. Napolitano, along with the Contractors State License Board, held a Scam Stopper seminar Saturday, October 10 at the Mexican American Opportunity Foundation in East Los Angeles, where a panel of experts explained the newest scams and how people can protect themselves against them.

Foreclosure Prevention Fair: Rep. Grace F. Napolitano and Assemblywoman Norma Torres held a foreclosure prevention fair in Pomona on Saturday, August 29, featuring workshops, one-on-one consultations, and information booths.
