2008 Winners

Congresswoman Grace F. Napolitano (CA-38) sponsors “An Artistic Discovery,” an annual award ceremony for the National High School Art Competition conducted throughout the U.S. by Members of the U.S. House of Representatives. The artists received cash awards of $100, $75 and $50 for first, second and third place.
