Tomorrow, as the final congressional event of May Mental Health Awareness Month, Rep. Grace F. Napolitano will host a briefing and panel discussion on youth suicide and mental health. Panelists will address the high suicide rates affecting youth ages 10-24 and discuss the need for school-based mental health services.
