Napolitano (D-El Monte) held a free immigration clinic with California State Senator Dr. Ed Hernandez (SD-22) and California Assemblywoman Blanca Rubio (AD-48) at St. John the Baptist Church in Baldwin Park to help guide people through the immigration and naturalization process. More than 150 people met with immigration experts and representatives from agencies at the annual event.
