Bill prohibits fees that National Park Service already waives

The bill passed easily after brief remarks from U.S. Rep. Rob Bishop, R-Utah, who called it "a no-brainer piece of legislation," and U.S. Rep. Grace Napolitano, D- Calif., who said the legislation will make it easier for veterans groups to organize trips to national war memorials.
